Coleman Farm is a magical place owned by husband and wife Bill and Dehlia and run with love by their son Romeo. For nearly two decades Corina has been cooking with the Coleman's delicious, precious greens--they make eating your vegetables a favorite part of the meal. On May 6 instead of loading up her truck with their goods and bringing them back to Canelé, Corina and crew are going to the farm. This is going to be a meal to remember...  

Corina and the Coleman’s have collaborated to create an amazing dinner using the Coleman's produce and proteins exclusively. The meal will include:

fava been puree
feta with oregano
market salad
roasted vegetables
escarole and cavalo nero with chili 
soft polenta
fragrant rice
and as a main course
roasted legs of pig and goat

 

All this farm fresh goodness will be paired with wine and finished off with a seasonal sweet, hot coffee, and of course, our signature canelé. Tickets are $100 per person and are all inclusive. Purchase your tickets via Paypal, call 323.666.7133, or come see us during business hours. 

The dinner will commence rain (on the lanai) or shine (in the field) on a long table adorned with Dehlia’s beautiful farm cut flowers, candles, and the best company: you and the Colemans. If you’re seated next to Bill be sure to ask lots of questions about the meal. He knows farming!
